General Terms

• You will be billed the 1st of each month.
• Hours not used will be carried over on a rollover from month to month.
• There are no minimum hours required to be used each month
• Minimum 3 month contract required for monthly retainers (30 day termination)
• Monthly, agency will provide client with a summary of hours used vs. invoiced.
• Approved hours spent over the monthly plan will be billed at the monthly rate of the plan on the next months billing.
